The problem
Coordinating couriers over calls and messages leaves the operator with no real view of which deliveries are under way or which ones are running late.
What I built
A dashboard where every order moves through visible states, with the active couriers in view and the day's summary on the same screen.
The result
In development, with the demo already navigable: the status of each delivery and each courier's workload read off one screen, without calling anyone to ask. The daily summary comes out on its own instead of being reconciled by hand at closing.

- Delivery states: pending, on the way, completed
- Active couriers and their current workload
- Daily summary with nothing reconciled by hand
