The problem
Coordinating couriers over calls and messages leaves the operator with no real view of which deliveries are under way, which ones are running late, or how much each courier is owed at the end of the day.
What I built
A dashboard where every delivery moves through visible states until it's marked delivered, with real-time push notifications, a per-delivery detail with route, amount and payment method, and an accounting split that divides what was collected between the business and each courier by their own percentage, with nobody working it out by hand.
The result
In real use by three couriers: each delivery's status is visible on one screen, without calling anyone to ask. The day's cash, the split of what was collected and the monthly reconciliation come out on their own instead of being squared up by hand in a notebook.
