Alas2Go
A chicken-wings restaurant in Punto Fijo, Venezuela. It started as a digital menu with a cart and WhatsApp ordering and grew into a full system: orders come in from the web or the counter, the kitchen sees them on a tablet and a wall screen, they get charged, printed and deducted from inventory by recipe.

The problem
The menu lived in image flyers forwarded over WhatsApp and every order was a long back-and-forth. Behind it, the usual story when a restaurant grows: shouting orders to the kitchen, charging separately, printing by hand and an inventory that never adds up.
What I built
First, the public menu: combos with sauces and extras to choose, a cart that adds itself up and an order sent ready-made over WhatsApp. Then the role-based system: the waiter takes and charges on a touch screen, the kitchen sees each order change colour with the time it's been waiting, a wall screen shows what's in progress, the owner sees sales, voids and reports, and every sale deducts ingredients by recipe and sends the ticket to the thermal printer.
The result
The menu is live: the order arrives written and complete, no back-and-forth. The kitchen and sales system is built and tested end to end with over 200 automated tests, ready to install on the business's server. What you see on the screens is the real system, not a drawing.
