I take work off small businesses' hands

The work you do by hand today, a system can do for you.

I build sites and systems that take the orders, do the maths and keep everything in one place. No notebooks, no copying data from one chat to another.

I remove the repetitive work

Retyping orders, adding up totals by hand, copying data from a chat into a notebook. That is time you pay for every single day, and a system does it on its own.

One single source of truth

Orders, customers and deliveries stop living across chats, paper and memory. They end up in one place you can actually look up and measure.

Built around how you already work

I don't bend your operation to fit a template. First I learn the process that already works, then I automate it as it is — nobody has to change their habits.

Businesses already running on what I built

Dos Tierras

Ordering system with automatic totals

Stuffed arepas, pizzas, artisan ice cream and made-to-order combos, with a system of its own to take and organise the orders.

  • Menu and prices editable without touching code
  • Cart with the total calculated before confirming
  • Orders that arrive ready to cook, nothing retyped

RA Entregas y Soluciones

Admin dashboard with live status

A dashboard to coordinate couriers, see the status of every delivery and measure how much the day is actually moving.

  • Delivery states: pending, on the way, completed
  • Active couriers and their current workload
  • Daily summary with nothing reconciled by hand

Zurda Creaciones

Web catalog wired into WhatsApp

A handmade piñata workshop in Punto Fijo, Venezuela. Every piece is made by hand and customised, and the catalog opens a WhatsApp conversation with the details already filled in.

  • 13 piñatas, each with a photo and its own page
  • Party bundles with everything they include
  • Pre-filled WhatsApp message per piece

Electronic Dealers

Catalog that closes over WhatsApp

A technology and homeware catalog that tells apart what is in stock from what is made to order, and closes every enquiry over WhatsApp.

  • Real stock kept separate from made-to-order items
  • Search that understands how people actually type
  • Individual product pages built for Google
How I work

You know what to expect at every stage

Four steps, each ending in something you can open or read.

  1. Discovery

I go through how your operation runs today and where the time is going. You get a proposal with fixed scope and price, at no cost.

Proposal with fixed scope and price
  2. Development

I build in short increments and show you progress at a link you can open. Correcting something halfway costs far less than at the end.

A working link from week one
  3. Delivery

I publish the system on your domain, with HTTPS and backups. I walk you through it and leave written instructions for whatever changes often.

Published system and a usage guide
  4. Warranty

If something didn't turn out the way we agreed, I fix it and you pay nothing. You get 30 days and three rounds of adjustments to ask me for whatever you spot. And if something new comes to mind later, just write to me and I'll tell you what it costs before I start.

Standard tools, nothing homegrown

Everything I build sits on technology another developer can pick up. You are not locked in to me.

In their words

Who I have worked with

Sample comments while I collect the real reviews from my clients.

I used to write the orders in a notebook and add them up on a calculator. Now they land on my phone with the total already done and I just cook.
Owner of a kitchenEl Retiro, Colombia
What helped most was not having to repeat prices over WhatsApp all day. People arrive already knowing what they want and what it costs.
Owner of a craft workshopPunto Fijo, Venezuela
I told him what I needed on one call and he handed it over working. When I asked for changes, he made them without charging extra.

Which part of your operation is still done by hand?

Tell me how your team works today and I'll tell you what can be automated, how long it would take and what it costs. If I can't see a way to help, I'll say so on the same call.

Behind every business there is a person doing by hand what a system could be doing. My job is to give those hours back.

I work on my own: whoever takes your first call is the same person who writes the code and the same one who answers when something breaks.
