Stuffed arepas, pizzas, artisan ice cream and made-to-order combos, with a system of its own to take and organise the orders.
The problem
Orders arrived over WhatsApp, mixed in with personal conversations. Working out what each customer had ordered and what it added up to took longer than cooking the food.
What I built
A site with an always-current menu, a cart and order confirmation. The customer builds the order themselves and the business receives it already organised, with the total worked out.
The result
The step of retyping and adding up each order by hand is gone: it arrives ready to cook, with the total already calculated. The business changes the menu and the prices whenever it wants, without depending on me.
