Club de Clientes
A chip on the table or a QR at the till invites the customer to join the club with three details. They get a stamp card on their phone, every visit adds up, and the business messages them on WhatsApp after the visit, on their birthday or when they haven't been back in weeks. Good experiences go to Google; bad ones go to the owner, privately.

The problem
The restaurant doesn't know who came back or who stopped coming, negative reviews land on Google with no warning, and promotions go out blindly to a WhatsApp list nobody maintains.
What I built
A stamp club the customer opens by tapping their phone on a chip, nothing to install. The dashboard drafts the day's WhatsApp messages on its own (post-visit, birthday, win-back, events with photos) and the business sends them with one tap. Before asking for a review it asks how it went: if good, it leads to Google; if not, the comment reaches the owner. Includes referrals, stamps by amount spent and templates per business type.
The result
Any business is up and running the same day with chips or QR codes, no app and no special hardware. The owner sees in one dashboard who is a regular, who has a reward waiting and which negative opinion needs attention, and decides who to write to instead of blasting everyone.
