The problem
A barbershop keeps its schedule in a chat, its commissions in someone's head and its tabs in a notebook. At closing time nobody knows for sure what each barber is owed, or what the owner actually made.
What I built
A cloud system where each barber sees only their own schedule and commissions, the owner sees everything, and customers book from a public link without calling. Commission is worked out at payment, tabs are logged with a name and a date, and the cash-up and payroll come out in one click. It runs in dollars and other time zones, so it works outside Colombia.
The result
The first barbershop outside Colombia already runs on it from Austin, Texas, in its own currency and time zone. Settling commissions stopped being a weekend argument: every barber sees their own numbers on their phone. And it's a product, not a bespoke build: any barbershop can sign up and try it today.
